Professional Background: Prior to purchasing Snips in 2017, my background was quite varied. I have extensive experience in customer service and HR and assisted my husband in growing a successful IT company.
What I love about my job: I truly enjoy getting to chat with our amazing clients on a daily basis, and I love knowing that I had a small part in making them smile.
My favorite thing about Snips: The best thing about Snips is that we combine top notch service with a fun and relaxed environment.
I bet you didn’t know: I was a singer and dancer in a high school swing choir that could have been an inspiration for the show Glee!
Professional Background: I have been in the industry for 13 years, 8 years at Snips. I have an extensive knowledge of color theory and love to mix science with art to create the perfect look for my clients!
My Specialties: corrective color, grey transitioning, custom low maintenance haircuts and curly cuts
My favorite thing about Snips: Our unique mix of stylists, staff and clients creates a culture of love, acceptance and support that feels like one big family
I bet you didn’t know: I am a collector of houseplants (I have over 30!) and I am a weightlifter!
Professional Background: I started in the business in 2006 with a strong focus on education and creativity. In 2018 I joined the ranks of hair educators with Reuzel Pomade (aka: a scumbassador)
My Specialties: Classic Mens Cutting, All cutting, and Fashion Color
My favorite thing about Snips: I love the atmosphere of our salon. I truly feel like we're the epitome of an upscale salon without the stuffy attitude.
I bet you didn’t know: I have been lucky enough to have a lot of amazing experiences in life as a musician, a sideshow performer, and a photographer…and will talk about them ad nauseam!
Professional Background: I am an IU graduate with a degree in Education and taught Special Ed and Preschool for 14 years. I raised 4 children and then graduated from Aveda Institute. I have worked at Snips for 12 years.

I bet you didn’t know: I’m Nonna to 5 (soon to be 6) beautiful grandchildren!
Professional Background: I have 20+ years’ experience in the industry. I graduated from Honor’s Beauty College in 2000.
My Specialties: Short haircuts for men and women as well as foil highlights.
My favorite thing about Snips: It’s upscale, cutting edge artistry combined with the cozy, at-home feeling.
I bet you didn’t know: I hold an associate’s degree in nursing!
Professional Background: I completed a 9 month apprenticeship after graduating from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Bloomington. I have been working behind the chair for over 2 years and have completed extensive class work to grow technically and professionally.
My Specialties: I specialize in blonding and coloring services, fashion color, and shag haircuts.
My favorite thing about Snips: I love small, local salon settings and getting to learn and grow with other stylists.

Professional Background: I graduated from the Aveda Institute in November, 2013. I have been working behind the chair for eight years!
My Specialties: I love doing lived-in blondes, curly hair, and just about anything related to color!
My favorite thing about Snips: I love the upscale feel but in a more eclectic neighborhood. Irvington is such a fun area.
I bet you didn’t know: I love going to concertis! The furthest my husband I drove for a concert was to Colorado!
Client Care Coordinator
Professional Background: I have been in the beauty industry for 15 years working within front desk teams in salons. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating client relationships.
My Specialties: I specialize in collaborative management within the salon leadership team and co-managing salons.
What I love about my job: Serving and getting to know our exceptional client family. I find fulfillment in finding new and exciting ways to keep Snips evolving to better serve our guests.
My favorite thing about Snips: From the amazing and diverse clientele we serve to the outstanding service providers I am privileged to work with. Snips is truly Indy’s hidden treasure!
I bet you didn’t know: I’ve been married for 10 years to my incredible husband, I’m a mom to two little miracle boys, and I’m a photographer.
Client Care Specialist
Professional Background: I have always wanted to work in a setting that would help me fulfill my dream of becoming an esthetician. In addition to working at Snips, I have worked at Tuttle’s Orchard for the last 3 fall seasons.
What I love about my job: I have loved talking to and getting to know all the clients.

Professional background: I started here right out of cosmetology school after getting 2 years of styling/color theory practice!
My specialties: Blonding and lived-in color. I also work a lot with natural hair, braids, and dreadlocks.
My favorite things about Snips: The non-competitive and easy going atmosphere. You can truly be yourself when you walk through those doors!
I bet you didn’t know: I was a competitive cheerleader for 13 years and I showed horses for 7!

Professional Background: My work experiences consists of customer service, retail and data entry. This is my first time working in the cosmetology industry and I’m super excited to be here!
What I love about my job: I love being able to learn something new everyday as well as providing an inviting atmosphere for clients and coworkers alike!
